This was stated by the general director of the company, Dr. Majid Jack Hsiong. The "Sun Shine Bay" project is expected to be one of the first real estate developments ready for handover to the anticipated opening of the Marjan Uin resort. The first residents will receive their keys at the beginning of 2027. The project's value is estimated at 500 million dirhams (136 million dollars) and attracted interest from more than 37 nationalities.
"The "Sun Shine Bay" project has emerged as a standout success among investors, confirming the active demand for real estate in the area," said Mr. Hsiong.
